Fun times at the Cowards - we enjoyed the world's first ever charcoal-less, gas-less BBQ. We're all living a fairly minimal existence until our possessions arrive in a shipping container later this month. A quick lunch yesterday in the Sunflower on 16th St/Valencia. Great egg rolls, bbq pork and a hot, sweet tofu broth, all washed down with an extremely unusual Thai Tea (tasted like tamarind milkshake). Extra points for the extremely flamboyant waiter who took a shine to my Ponty RFC shirt - he pointed at the 'Just Rentals' sponsor logo, said 'ooh, just rental... hahahaha' and strutted off back to the kitchen, leaving us slightly perplexed, but highly amused.
