Food with new friends last night - muchos gracias to Simon, Lynn, Chris and Jenna for taking Rosie, Lucy, Richard and I to Zazie in Cole Valley. The food (and the company) was cracking - My hanger steak (pictured) was magical, there's nothing quite like dipping mashed potato in blood... Rosie's pork chop was excellent, a thoroughly good time was had.

Fair do’s. That looks tremendous.
can’t help but see raw fish heads where the mushrooms are. And glad you captured the blood soaked mashed potato. Get back there for brunch in the garden sometime – be prepared to wait in line for an hour first though.
